Rooted in biblical truth, ministry systems have the capacity to define your church’s culture. But many pastors cannot build systems. They are wired to preach, teach, lead, and shepherd–to see who God wants the church to reach with the gospel. They need the right partner to help them create the systems to make and retain more disciples. Implementers are the people who they need.

Every pastor needs a partner or two within the congregation who can build the internal structure of the church. A healthy growing church needs well developed ministry systems and the teams to run them to accomplish the vision God has given that church for its community. The implementer is the practical organizer who works with the pastor to make the church’s vision a reality. Disciplined, orderly and task-oriented, an implementer develops the necessary systems and the leaders to run them. They are more concerned with what is workable than what is cool. They sort out priorities and pursue them logically. Many who are gifted in this area work in business, organizational management, school administration and military logistics.
